Groceries, laundry baskets, and trash bags—split load, stay close, hinge before lift.
Load rules
- Split weight evenly—two bags not one heavy side
- Keep load close to belly—not arm's length
- Hinge hips, neutral spine before lift
- No twist while holding weight—turn feet
Distance pacing
Long driveway carry? Rest mid-way on a wall. Cart from car to kitchen in one trip is optional—not mandatory.
